The College of Science at Basra University organized a seminar (physiological study on biomarkers of bone integrity in patients infected with sickle cell anemia in basra province) for the Ph.D. student Lamyaa kadhim. The study aims to definition of the sickle cell anemia and included  identifying anemia, its types, complications of the disease and its effect on the various body parts. The seminar also included the pathophysiology of the disease.
