A seminar in Basrah University  on  meandering on slopes stability of Hilla River banks

A seminar on The effect of the Hilla River meandering on slopes stability of banks, and the safety of constructions along the river in Babylon governorate / middle of Iraq , and the possible treatments held in the College of Science in Geology Department,  The postgraduate student, Wael Noori Marzah demonstrated the most important objectives of the study represented the relationship between meandering and slopes stability of the river banks from the geotechnical point of view, to know the cause of the failure , and to determine the stable banks along the river. Also, future expectations for a stable riverbank could be stable for a limited period and subsequently likely to be subject to collapse and erosion.
